The scope and magnitude of having a full replacement of risers and insuite fan coils in a large sized condominium of over 34 years old, can be a massive challenge. Without hesitation, CES Plumbing took charge to put everyone’s concerns at ease. We were very pleased with the comprehensive and methodical approach CES Plumbing took towards this project. CES Plumbing ensured consistent communication every step of the project with our staff, while providing a transparent detailed process which was scheduled around homeowner’s convenience and availability. The team ensured the comfort of the residents, working on one riser at a time. Plastic barriers were installed to minimize dust in units, leaving behind no mess with every unit completed.
CES Plumbing continuously cooperated with the property management staff to minimize disruption in the daily operations of the building and to the homeowners. The board took comfort in knowing that the floor by floor, phased approach in replacing 24 pairs of risers, along with 454 fan coils units were properly completed, on time and on budget!
