Emmanuel Efraimidis
It seems appropriate that Emmanuel Efraimidis has come full circle in life forming the Complete Group of Companies. From the age of 9 when his father took him to various mechanical and boiler room plants showing him the vast array of equipment, Emmanuel was captivated by the sheer size and performance of this equipment. After all, having a father that spent the better part of 30 years servicing and maintaining some of the largest buildings in our city, laid the foundation for Emmanuel wanting to build a unique organization that provided the absolute best service, value, and expertise.
Emmanuel’s extensive knowledge and experience have spanned many decades and several industries. His executive leadership roles with Fortune 100 organizations have enabled him to incorporate True Best Practices and bring a level of sophistication to an often called, unsophisticated industry, garnering praise from both clients and employees alike. Whether presenting to hundreds of property managers or consulting with hundreds of Board Directors, Emmanuel’s philosophy is to educate key stakeholders so that they have the right information at their disposal in order to properly define and meet their objectives. Emmanuel continues to serve on multiple boards, including his appointment as Vice President at CAI Canada.

Channa Perera
Channa Perera, Chief Operating Officer at Complete Energy Solutions has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC/R and Energy Management Industry.
After graduating from Willesden College and the South Bank University of London, he immersed himself in the field immediately. With 10 years of experience as a field mechanic in the Toronto area, he has worked with virtually every variation of Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration systems. Early in his career he underwent comprehensive training in HVAC units and systems, including manufacturer-specific education.
Channa moved into a Service and Project Management role immediately following his time in the field. During this time he oversaw operations with a large-scale mechanical contractor based in Toronto. Supervising a large team of technicians, leading the estimating team, and overseeing all projects and services were among his responsibilities.
In 1997, Channa accepted a position as Chief Engineer – Heating, Cooling, Refrigeration, Instruments, and Calibration at King Khalid International Airport in Saudi Arabia. Here, he was responsible for all HVAC and R operations throughout the airport, which included 3 Commercial Terminals, the Royal Terminal, Private Aviation Terminal, and the Central Plant.
Moving back to Toronto, he played a major role in building a Toronto -based mechanical contractor. Here he established the Building Automation department, service fleet, and construction team. He oversaw all operations, including all activities related to the aforementioned, while playing a critical role in client relations, business development, overall company management, and expansion.
Channa Perera and Emmanuel Efraimidis founded Complete Energy Solutions, amalgamating their extensive experience, unmatched industry experience, and unwavering commitment to clients. They now lead the most prolific and fastest-growing HVAC and Energy Management organization in the Greater Toronto Area.
With a dedication to exceptional work, and extensive knowledge in HVAC, Building Automation, Energy Management, Service, and Construction, Channa leads all operations at CES, ensuring that clients are always experiencing the best in the industry.
Neil Patten, C.E.M.
Neil Patten has over 15 years of experience within the HVACR industry.
Prior to leading Complete Chiller Solutions team as President, Neil lead the Daikin Applied team in Canada in sales from 2015-2019 as each project sold would be handled and managed by Neil. Neil was instrumental in driving revenue growth, and retention and fostering relationships with large clients that spanned various vertical markets.
Neil comes from a trade and educational background family and was able to capitalize on both ventures early in his career; earning his 313A Journeyman status as a chiller mechanic, gas fitter 1 license and having the privilege of teaching chiller-oriented courses along with night school HVAC apprenticeship courses.
Neil is an avid volunteer in his community, enjoys giving back, and always finds time for worthy causes.
Neil holds multiple trade licenses as well as Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
