The original chiller, first installed for the charming, majestic church that supports the quaint mid-sized condo, had reached the end of its life. The numerous leaks it suffered from were not only costing the condo in repair and refrigerant replacement charges, but it had simply run its course in multiple service calls.
The solution? A new chiller – same model, but vastly more efficient, reliable, and perfectly sized to meet the needs of the building. When things go smoothly, there’s not much to say, and this project was a flawless success.
