Crane access to the rooftop was extremely limited, posing a major logistical hurdle. In traditional retrofit projects, this would have caused significant delays and added costs.

Our team delivered a comprehensive upgrade designed for maximum efficiency, reliability, and flexibility: • Installed a new, energy-efficient cooling tower tailored to the building’s current and future load requirements. • Replaced aging condenser water pumps with new models equipped with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)—providing smarter energy use and better system control. • Integrated the new equipment seamlessly into the building’s existing infrastructure and controls. • Disassembled the cooling tower and transported it piece by piece to the rooftop.
• Used a combination of elevators, stairwells, service hallways, rooftop lifts, and even a swing stage to maneuver the components into position.
• Reassembled the unit on the roof, coordinating closely across disciplines to maintain schedule and ensure safety.
